Detection and enumeration of Escherichia coli and intestinal enterococci in water

• Easy-to-use
• 1 analysis per microplate
• Comply with the international standards for water control: ISO 7899-1 (Enterococci) and ISO 9308-3 (E.coli)

Miniaturized method (Most Probable Number) for the detection and enumeration of scherichia coli and intestinal enterococci in bathing waters (sea, lake, river…) surface and waste waters.
The microplates are based on the detection of a specific enzyme whose dehydrated substrate is present in the wells. In the presence of the enzyme, the substrate releases a fluorescent compound which is detected under UV lights at 366 nm.

A free software for results interpretation is available on www.aeschemunex.com
